Wildfire in California and a Timeout?

I read in the paper that the recent wildfirs in California was caused by a child who is younger than 13 who was playing with matches. I told my 5 year old about it and how he had burned down 21 houses and how dangerous it is to play with matches. He said, "Boy he is going to be in time-out FOREVER!"
